1. What we collect
Account details, the devices you connect, half-hourly energy data and, if you allow it, your approximate location for weather forecasts.
2. How we use it
To plan and run your home’s energy, calculate savings, and - only with your consent - take part in grid flexibility programmes.
3. Who we share it with
Device manufacturers and your energy supplier, strictly to operate your devices. We never sell personal data.
4. How long we keep it
Energy data for as long as your account is open, then 90 days. You can export or delete it at any time.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and portability under UK GDPR. Email privacy@kova.energy and we’ll respond within 30 days.
