1. Using Kova
You must be 18+ and the bill payer, or have their permission, to connect devices at a property.
2. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
3. Device control
You authorise Kova to send commands to connected devices within the rules you set. You can override or disconnect at any time.
4. Savings estimates
Savings shown are estimates based on your data and tariff. Actual results depend on usage, weather and prices.
5. Liability
Kova is not liable for losses caused by device faults, supplier outages or third-party services outside our control.
6. Changes
We’ll give you 30 days’ notice of material changes by email and in the app.
