You can take control of any device at any time with Boost or Hold.

Open the device
Tap the device on the Today screen.

Choose Boost or Hold
Boost runs it now; Hold pauses Kova’s plan.

Pick a duration
Choose how long the override lasts.

Kova re-plans
Everything else is re-planned around your change.
Tip: overrides end automatically, so you never forget to hand control back.
