Connect a Tesla Powerwall

You’ll need the email and password for your Tesla account, and your Powerwall must be online in the Tesla app.

Open Devices in the Kova app
Tap + Add device and choose Battery → Tesla.

Sign in with Tesla
You’ll be sent to Tesla to approve access. Kova never sees your password.

Choose your backup reserve
Pick how much charge Kova should always keep for power cuts. 20% is a good start.

Let Kova plan
Your first schedule appears within 5 minutes. You’ll see it under Today.
Tip: if your Powerwall shows “Offline”, restart the Tesla Gateway and try again after 10 minutes.
